Known for creating high-energy, fun pieces, Burton Morris original artwork is featured in collections around the world. The artist draws his inspiration from pop culture, like the iconic Heinz(R) Ketchup bottle, which he says he grew up with. Ideasplash is a web site, resource, and programs that show students how they can create new ideas. The ideas of our children are the future and they need to be inspired. They have the power. Ideasplash.org is a resource for educators, parents, and kids of all ages to help, to inspire, and present new opportunities.

Why called Ideasplash? Idea and Splash were some of the 100s of names I was brainstorming with. My dear daughter came into my office and put the 2 words together and eureka! Did you know they say that Ludwig Beethoven would dump cold water over his head for creative inspiration? Sometimes creative ideas are called "sparks" - I like the word "splash" better. Splash sounds like fun - and ideas are fun!

Who is Ideasplash?

Anna M. Besides an award-winning toy inventor and writer with over 25 years in the toy industry, Anna’s also the mom to three wonderful kids.
